It functions as a processing aid in applications such as cocoa processing, caramel production, sugar-based confectionery, and in the peeling and processing of fruits and vegetables.

PACKAGING

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 5 years. Store in tight containers.
