Application: MOLHYDROX® Ca is used in sugar refining to remove impurities, helps maintain fruit firmness in pickling, and supports nixtamalization in corn processing. It is also applied for calcium fortification in foods such as fruit juices and infant formula.

The shelf life is 5 years. Store in tight containers.
